CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
For direct customers: If you cancel at least 3 days before the scheduled departure, no cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
For business partners: If you cancel at least 3 days before the scheduled departure, no cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.
