How many people can ride in one tuk tuk?
The large electric tuk tuk can accommodate up to 6 passengers plus the driver. The smaller electric tuk tuk and the petrol-powered Thai tuk tuk can each accommodate up to 3 passengers plus the driver.
Do tours run in bad weather?
Our tuk tuks are equipped with transparent weather covers, warm blankets and even heated seats. And if that’s still not enough, we can always stop along the way for a hot coffee, tea or even a mulled wine in winter. 🙂
Can children join the tour?
Of course, children are very welcome on our tours, and we can provide a child seat if needed. Children aged 0–6 join free of charge, while children aged 6–12 receive a 50% discount on the adult price. From the age of 13, the full adult fare applies.
Is the tour private?
Yes. All our tours are completely private, so you’ll never share the tuk tuk with other guests.
Where does the tour start?
The tour can start wherever is most convenient for you. Pick-up is free within central Budapest, so there’s no need to search for your tuk tuk on the map we’ll come directly to your chosen location.
Who will be driving?
Your driver is also your personal guide and knows Budapest inside out. They’ll be happy to share local tips and recommendations tailored to your interests, helping you make the most of your time in the city.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our tours are available in English and German. Other languages can be arranged upon request, subject to guide availability, for an additional fee.
Can I extend the tour or customise the route?
Yes, as long as there is no booking immediately after your tour. The suggested route is flexible and can be customised to suit your interests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled start of the tour are free of charge. Cancellations made within 3 days of departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, the full tour price will be charged.
